As Ghesquière stated himself, this was the most sensual collection Balenciaga has ever done. Ghesquière set the tantalizing tone with and mid-driff baring bra and high wasted pants. The mid-driff is making a serious come back for the Spring. After that emerged swining, asymmetric black ruffled skirts with contrasting strong white t shirts. Following was a series of adorable tweed skirts. One of my favorite looks was the collared lace shirt paired with the tweed skirt. The dresses were the real talk here though. How amazing are the laser cut ends of those dresses? They would look stellar with a leather jacket and a great pair of lace up booties for the fall! I have to say, this is one of my favorite Balenciaga collections to date.
